Objectives

As a store manager, I was responsible for a team of managers and supervisors, overseeing the service specialists. I performed a number of functions, including Human Resources, Training, Scheduling, Budgeting, and Creating Business Strategies.

October 2016 - May 2019
As a Supply Chief, I was responsible for the coordination between operations and supply. I was in charge of ordering, coordinating transportation, and ensuring the delivery of essential military and medical supplies. I coordinated the supply and logistics elements for operations Tropic Care, ITX, Northern Strike, and Arctic Care. During my tenure as Supply Chief, I was promoted to Sergeant.

Jun 2014 - October 2016
As the Warehouse Chief, I was responsible for the management of over 2 million dollars of military equipment, the warehouse it was stored in, as well as the team of Marines under my command. During my tenure, I took an outdated inventory card system and digitized our inventory control, bringing the warehouse into the 21st century. For my actions and leadership while the Battalion Warehouse Chief, I was promoted meritoriously to Corporal.

During college, I worked at multiple home depots, garnering experience in many different departments, including freight, lot, cashier, and returns. I was awarded a Homer award for my excellent customer service.

During college, I was the Captain of the University of North Georgia’s NCAA Rifle Team. I helped found the summer program which helped local high school’s rifle teams develop talent. I handled scheduling, coaching, as well as range maintenance.
Operations
Tropic Care Maui County 2018 is a joint service, hands-on readiness training mission that offered no-cost medical, dental and vision services to people at six locations across Maui, Molokai and Lanai from August 11-19
ITX or Integrated Training Exercise, formerly known as Enhanced Mojave Viper focuses on the application of combined arms maneuver warfare aboard the Marine Corps largest training installation
Northern Strike is an accredited National Guard Bureau-sponsored exercise uniting approximately 6,000 Army, Air Force, Marine, Navy, Coast Guard and Special Forces service members from 20 states and multiple NATO coalition countries
Every year since 1995, Operation Arctic Care has provided free medical, dental, psychological, vision and veterinary care to Alaska's underserved communities. Resembling the type of collective effort needed in an international crisis, the annual two-week operation also prepares hundreds of service members for future humanitarian or disaster relief missions, making it the largest recurring joint medical and logistics training exercise in operation today.
